Joseph’s Classic Market has rolled out the Joseph’s Loyalty Program, a new rewards system aimed at deepening ties with shoppers while keeping the grocery chain’s hospitality‑first approach intact.
How the program works
Implemented across all four South Florida locations—Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach, the program runs on ECRS’s Catapult unified transaction platform. Shoppers earn one point for each dollar spent on eligible items, and points can be redeemed for a range of rewards.
Enrollment is simple: customers can sign up in‑store using a phone number or complete the process online, which reduces friction at checkout and encourages rapid adoption. Once enrolled, members receive personalized offers and exclusive promotions tailored to their buying habits.

“At Joseph’s, hospitality has always been at the heart of what we do,” the company said in its announcement. “The Joseph’s Loyalty Program is another way to say thank you to the families who choose us week after week and to continue strengthening the relationships that have defined our business since day one.”
Early response and customer sentiment
Since its launch earlier this year, the loyalty program has attracted a notable number of members and generated positive feedback. Shoppers have praised the ability to earn rewards without sacrificing the quality and service they expect from the market.
“Joseph’s Classic Market is one of those rare retailers where quality and service are immediately felt the moment you walk through the door,” said James Councill, ECRS’s loyalty business unit manager. “As a frequent customer myself, I’ve experienced firsthand the care they put into their products and their people. That same commitment made them an ideal partner for launching a loyalty program that truly reflects who they are.”
The feedback loop built into the Catapult platform allows Joseph’s to adjust promotions based on real‑time purchasing data.

Background and future outlook
Founded in 2007 by Joseph Acierno, the family‑owned grocer offers premium meats, fresh seafood, prepared foods, bakery items and specialty Italian products. Its four stores serve a regional clientele that often seeks higher‑quality options than those found in typical supermarkets.
While the loyalty initiative is still in its early stages, the combination of a straightforward points system and the backing of a robust transaction platform positions Joseph’s Classic Market to deepen customer relationships without compromising its core values.
