— The Carolina Panthers on Monday accomplished the first step in their rebuilding process by selling Dan Morgan to president of football operations/general supervisor. Morgan, forty five, was the assistant general manager under Scott Fitterer, who was fired after the Panthers’ league-worst 2-15 season.
